No jargon, no hype, no software to learn. We work out where your week is going, then automate the parts that don't need a human.
None of this needed you. Leads, hiring, money and reputation, handled while you do the work that actually pays.
No surprises, no scope creep, and you know the price before anything gets built. Here's exactly what you're getting yourself into.
Fifteen minutes on the phone. Not a pitch — we're working out whether there's anything here worth automating. If there isn't, we'll say so and you've lost a quarter of an hour.
Free · 15 minutesWe send you a link. You list the things that eat your week — in your words, not ours. About twenty minutes. You don't need to know what's possible; that's our job. This is the only homework you get.
Free · ~20 minutes of your timeNinety minutes going through your list together, working out what each thing actually costs you. Then it comes back in writing within three business days: what's worth automating, what isn't, what each one costs, and the hours it gives you back. The report is yours whether or not you go ahead.
$1,200 — comes straight off your buildFixed price, agreed in writing before a line of it exists. One update every week, even when there's nothing to report. Everything gets built in accounts with your name on them.
2–3 weeks · 50% to start, 50% on handoverYou watch it work, on a call, until you believe it. If something breaks after that, an alert reaches us — usually before you've noticed. That's what the monthly covers, and it's the whole reason it exists.
Monthly · cancel on 30 days, keep everythingNothing gets built until three things are true: the scope is written down and signed, the deposit has cleared, and every account is in your name. We don't skip those to be liked — they're the reason this stays boring.
Most people in this industry will sell you all nine. We'd rather build you six things that pay for themselves than ten that don't — because the six get talked about, and the ten get cancelled. Every audit we do comes back with something we've told you not to buy.
Square, Xero, your CRM, your job management app. We build on top of them rather than replacing them — you've already trained your staff once.
The most-requested automations across the market at the moment — the ones paying for themselves inside 30 to 60 days.
Five of the things we build, running right here in your browser. No sign-up, no email, no demo call. Two of them are live — you type, they actually think.
Describe a job the way a customer would. Watch a quote come back off a price list.
💸 LiveSet the tone. See the polite one, the firm one, and the one that finally works.
🧑🤝🧑 WalkthroughForty applications in. A ranked shortlist of four out. Nobody read a CV.
📈 WalkthroughOne email, 7am Monday. Money in, money out, what needs you.
📵 WalkthroughThe call you didn't answer. The text that went out in thirty seconds anyway.
→All five, nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
Two numbers. No made-up multipliers, no coverage slider you can dial up until the answer looks good. This one is allowed to tell you not to bother — and sometimes it does.
If you'd pay someone $35/hr to do the admin, use $35. If it's stopping you quoting jobs, use your charge-out rate — because that's what the hour is really worth.
Automation takes over half of those hours. Not 80%, not 95%. Half. Most builds land higher than that — we'd rather the number on this page be one we can beat than one we have to explain.
*A typical Glow build — three automations, $5,500 — plus twelve months of Silver care ($650/mo) and about $90/mo of software on your own accounts. The $1,200 audit isn't in here because it comes straight off the build. This is arithmetic, not a promise. Your audit gives you the real numbers.
Spark finds it. Glow fixes the worst of it. Beam runs the lot.
Fixed quotes, never hourly. If we're wrong about how long it takes, that's our problem, not your invoice.
Credited in full against any build. The only people who pay for the audit are the ones who decide not to build — and they keep the plan.
Each one after is $1,500. Three is $5,500 all up, five is $8,500. You only build what the audit says is worth building.
Each one after is $1,200 — all ten, our cap, is $15,800. The per-automation price drops because the plumbing is shared.
More than ten? That's a different kind of business and we'll say so out loud — it gets scoped and quoted properly, not squeezed into a package. Your agreement lists every automation by name either way, which is your scope protection as much as ours.
Every live build carries a care plan — it's the alert system that means we know something broke before you do. Pick by how much is running.
Running a full Beam and want more hours and a monthly strategy call? There's a plan above Gold — we offer it when the build justifies it, not before.
The workflow engine, database and AI usage — billed to your card by each company, never marked up. Grows with how much you run. The exact number goes in your proposal before you sign.
For new work you've asked for, beyond the hours in your plan — and only after we've told you the price and you've said yes.
No call-out fees. Not on weekends, not at 6am, not ever. If something we built stops working, we fix it — you're already paying us every month to keep it running. Charging you again when it breaks would be charging you twice for the same promise.
Stop the care plan any time. Your automations keep running because they're yours — what stops is us watching them. We'll tell you exactly what that means before you decide.
All prices in AUD, excluding GST.
The test: if we vanished tomorrow, everything keeps running and you've lost nothing but our phone number. Plenty in this industry hold the accounts so leaving means losing what you paid for. We'd rather you stayed because it's working.
Because it's real work and you get a real document out of it — your bottlenecks, costed, with our honest view on which are worth fixing. It's credited in full against the build if you go ahead, so it costs you nothing in the end. And if you don't go ahead, you still keep a written plan you could hand to anyone.
Most people don't, and that's fine. You just need to know what's annoying. We send you a short document to fill in — "chasing invoices takes me two hours every Friday" is a perfect answer. Working out what's technically possible is our end of it.
No, and we'd be wary of anyone promising it will. It takes the repetitive parts off the people you already have so they can do the work you actually hired them for. Most of our clients are trying to avoid hiring an admin person, not replace one.
Almost never. We build on top of what you're already paying for. You've trained your team on it once — we're not going to make you do that again.
Every automation reports to us if it fails, so we usually know before you do. That's what the monthly fee covers: monitoring, a response within one business day, and included hours each month for fixes. It isn't a maintenance fee in name only — it's the alert system.
Twenty minutes on the document, an hour for the audit call, about thirty minutes setting up accounts, and forty-five minutes at handover. Perhaps fifteen minutes somewhere in the middle if we need a decision from you. That's the lot.
It stays in accounts with your business's name on them. We hold administrator access while we're working together and nothing more. If we part ways we remove that access and delete our copies, apart from invoices we're legally required to keep.
Thirty days' notice, any time, no conversation required. Your automations keep running because they're yours — what stops is us watching them. We'll tell you exactly what that means before you decide.
Thirty minutes, no pitch. If we're not the right fit we'll tell you on the call.
