04Pricing

Published up front. You shouldn't have to book a call to find out.

Spark finds it. Then we build it, simple or complex, one fixed quote either way. Builds are never priced by the hour. If we're wrong about how long it takes, that's our problem, not your invoice.

The build · pay once

Spark the audit

$1,200 one-off

Spark finds it. What's worth fixing, in writing, before you spend real money.

Credited in full against any build. The only people who pay for the audit are the ones who decide not to build, and they keep the plan.

  • You list what's annoying, we cost it in hours
  • A written report: automate this, skip that
  • Every item priced. No surprises later

Simple workflows and automations

$2,500 per automation

The everyday time-eaters, handed over. Missed calls, quotes, chasing, reviews.

Your exact price is set at the audit and fixed in the proposal before you sign. You only build what the audit says is worth building.

  • Fixed price agreed before we start
  • Built on the software you already pay for
  • A Friday update every week, no chasing
  • Tested with your real data before handover

Complex AI agents and multi-system workflows

$5,500 per automation

Systems that think, decide and talk to each other. Whole processes handed over.

Your exact price is set at the audit and quoted as one fixed number in your proposal. If a job is bigger than it looks, we say so before you spend, not after.

  • Everything in Simple
  • AI agents working inside your accounts
  • Systems that talk to each other, not just to you
  • A live dashboard of how it's all running

Websites are quoted separately, in writing, before we start. More on websites

Then, monthly

Optional, while it runs.

Keeping it running

Once it's handed over you can run it yourself, or keep us watching it.

  • Monitoring around the clock. Failures alert us, usually before you notice.
  • Break-fix whenever it's needed. If something we built stops working, we fix it. No hour count, no clock on it.
  • Next-business-day response, in writing.
  • A monthly note. Hours saved, anything caught, anything fixed.

Priced in your proposal, once we both know what's actually been built. New automations are always quoted separately, agreed in writing before anyone starts.

Concierge, an optional add-on

For teams that want to get good at AI, not just own it.

  • Two 45-minute sessions going through Claude with you: what's new, how to build skills, getting real work done in Cowork and Claude Code.
  • In your accounts, not ours. The capability stays when the call ends.
  • Direct message access for seven days, with a guaranteed reply window.

Priced in your proposal. Extra sessions added any time.

When it breaks

When it breaks: nothing.

No call-out or after-hours fees, ever. If something we built stops working, we fix it. That's what the monthly is for. Charging you again when it breaks would be charging you twice for the same promise. New work, and work on systems we didn't build, is quoted in writing before anyone starts.

Your software, billed direct

Your accounts, your name, your card

The workflow engine, database and AI usage all sit in accounts owned and paid for by you, billed to your card by each company. Never marked up, never routed through us. The exact monthly number goes in your proposal before you sign.

The rule that protects you

Cancel on 30 days

Stop the retainer any time. Your automations keep running because they're yours. What stops is us watching them. We'll tell you exactly what that means before you decide.

Bigger than it looks? We'll say so out loud. It gets scoped and quoted properly, not squeezed into a package. Your agreement lists every automation by name either way, which is your scope protection as much as ours.

All prices in AUD, excluding GST.

The quick, honest rough

What's it actually costing you?

Three numbers. No made-up multipliers, no coverage slider you can dial up until the answer looks good. This one is allowed to tell you not to bother, and sometimes it does.

Quoting, chasing invoices, missed calls, asking for reviews, the Monday numbers. Count the ones you do every single week. Most businesses land on four or five.

That's about 2.4 hours a week on each one.

If you'd pay someone $35/hr to do the admin, use $35. If it's stopping you quoting jobs, use your charge-out rate, because that's what the hour is really worth.

The assumption we've made for you

Automation takes over half of those hours. Not 80%, not 95%. Half. Most builds land higher than that. We'd rather the number on this page be one we can beat than one we have to explain.
